Creeping Thyme  is a native of northern Africa, Europe, and Asia, and has naturalized in North America. This fragrant, creeping plant has tiny, dark green leaves and in June, produces heads of carmine pink flowers.  Rarely gets more than 2″ tall.  Excellent for use between flagstones in a pathway.  Withstands light foot traffic and emits a pleasant scent when walked on.  Also known as “walk-on-me” thyme.  Zones 4b (with protection)-10

The standard winter-hardy thyme. Bright green when young maturing to a nice blue-green.  Good flavor and yield.  Days to Maturity: 50-60days to harvest when spring planted. One of the hardier Thymes, these highly fragrant plants will produce large quantities of aromatic, tiny leaves that can be used either fresh or dried. Zones 5-10. Zone 4 with protection.
